Labor fee is $126.00 per hour, and a mandatory travel fee of $70.00 applies(Outside of 30min travel time). All payments must be collected after services are completed.

No deposits are required to book a service appointment.

Please note that the labor fee covers, THE SPECIFIED SERVICE per vehicle, not for every problem that car may have.

If additional diagnostic and or labor time is needed, beyond the initial quote for that specified repair and or diagnostic, all add on labor and or diagnostic times, must be approved by the customer. Or end servicing.

I also request when contacting me for vehicle services that you please be as detailed as you can. So I can better assist you, as to avoid any misunderstandings with labor times.

The labor rate for sedans, hatchbacks, coupes, station wagons & crossovers(gasoline engines) is $126.00 per hour. With pickup trucks, vans, SUV, jeeps, limos; The labor rate is $140.00 per hour. Vehicles with more than four tires or diesel engines labor rate is $160.00 per hour, plus travel fees which apply to all types.

Outside 30min travel time there will be an additional charge for fuel and labor.

Warranty -- I am fully equipped with all the necessary diagnostic tools aswell as scanners, cleaners & lubricants. I offer a 1-year or 12,000-mile warranty(which ever is first) on all parts (that I purchase and provide) and labor. I only use OEM parts or the highest quality alternatives for vehicles.

If a job has already been started by someone else and the car is disassembled or in disarray; the hourly rate will be a flat $180.00.

I do use customer-supplied parts, under some conditions. Being that there is no warranty on labor nor parts .I do not rely on what other shops or individuals say; I conduct my own testing and diagnosis to confirm repairs, ensuring my warranty coverage.

Cancellation -- We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list.

Non-payments -- when payment for repairs, diagnostics/testing, or service fees is not made, your car will be towed immediately at the owner’s expense. Also if there are any Fraudulent chargebacks your vehicle will be found and towed at the owner’s expanse plus a mechanics lien will be applied.

Appointments -- while you may have made an appointment for a specific day and time, I cannot always guarantee punctuality due to the nature of repairs and other unforeseen issues while performing my services. Green Barrel motors does offer a mobile auto repair service, bringing the shop to you and performing a wide range of repairs onsite. In worst-case scenarios, depending on the nature of the service and or repair we will need to adjust the settings. While also understanding that some repairs may be prolonged due to nature of repairs or any unforeseen complications.

Customers that move out of state unfortunately can not be warrantied , unless under very rare occasions.

All services will be completed in reasonably time in less than 28 days from customer booking time
